The Arabic Language Teacher Preparation Program for General Education is committed to preparing and qualifying a professional (unique) teacher who is proficient in Arabic language teaching skills, familiar with the academic, cultural and educational knowledge associated with it, so as to contribute to sustainable development and meet the needs of the renewed labor market, according to the desired quality standards.

الأهداف العامة للبرنامج:

يجب – في نهاية هذا البرنامج -أن يكون الخريج قادرًا على:

1. تصميم خطط للتدريس وتوفير بيئات تربوية مناسبة، مستخدمًا إستراتيجيات التدريس الحديثة، وموظفًا تكنولوجيا التعليم، مستعينا بأساليب وأدوات تقويم مناسبة للطلاب العاديين وذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.
2. تحقيق التنمية الذاتية المهنية والتواصل الفعال في المواقف التدريسية والحياتية المختلفة، مدركًا وحدة المعرفة والمستجدات ذات العلاقة بتخصصه.
3. التواصل باللغة العربية وبإحدى اللغات الأجنبية، ملتزمًا بقيم المجتمع وأخلاقياته، ومقومات الهوية الثقافية، والمشاركة في تنمية قيم المواطنة.
4. المشاركة في أنشطة خدمة المجتمع والتنمية المستدامة وحل المشكلات المهنية والمجتمعية، موظفًا آليات الإرشاد والتوجيه التربوي، ومستخدمًا الأساليب العلمية بما يحقق الجودة والتميز
5. تحليل النصوص المختلفة للغة العربية المسموعة منها والمقروءة.
6. توظيف المفاهيم والمعارف اللغوية والأدبية في تفسير النصوص العربية وتحليلها وتذوقها وإنتاجها في المواقف المختلفة.
7. قراءة النصوص العربية قراءة جهرية موحية.
8. استخدام اللغة العربية الفصيحة (استماعا وتحدثا وقراءة وكتابة) في المواقف المختلفة.
9. تقدير قيمة اللغة العربية ووظيفتها في حياة الفرد والمجتمع.

The objectives of the Arabic Language Teaching Program for General Education:At the end of this program, the graduate must be able to:

1. Design teaching plans and provide appropriate educational environments, using modern teaching strategies, and educational technology staff, using appropriate methods and assessment tools for ordinary students and those with special needs.
2. Achieving professional self-development and effective communication in different teaching and life situations, realizing the unity of knowledge and developments related to the specialization.
3. Communicating in Arabic and in one of the foreign languages, committed to the values ​​and ethics of society, the foundations of cultural identity, and participation in developing the values ​​of citizenship.
4. Participation in community service activities, sustainable development and solving professional and societal problems, employing educational guidance and mechanisms, and using scientific methods to achieve quality and excellence.
5. Analysis of the various texts of the Arabic language heard and read.
6. Employing linguistic and literary concepts and knowledge in the interpretation, analysis, taste and production of Arabic texts in different situations.
7. Reading Arabic texts in a revealing reading.
8. The use of fluent Arabic (listening, speaking, reading and writing) in different situations.
9. Appreciation of the value of the Arabic language and its function in the life of the individual and society.
